CorderLabs(이하 “당사”)는 KeyCorder(이하 “본 앱”)를 제공합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 KeyCorder 키보드 앱과, 당사 웹사이트(corderlabs.com)의 KeyCorder 관련 페이지가 사용자의 정보를 어떻게 취급하는지 설명합니다.
KeyCorder는 기기 안에서만 동작하는 키보드입니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·전송하지 않으며, 키보드는 사용자가 입력한 내용을 어디로도 보내지 않습니다. 사용자가 입력한 내용, 학습된 단어, 설정 등 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 안에 저장되며 당사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 입력한 내용을 받는 서버는 존재하지 않습니다.
한 가지 예외는 사용자가 웹사이트의 피드백 양식에 직접 적어 보내주시는 내용입니다. 이는 앱이 자동으로 보내는 것이 아니라 사용자가 스스로 작성해 전송하는 것이며, 무엇을 받아 어떻게 처리하는지는 10. 웹사이트를 통한 피드백에서 따로 설명합니다.
당사는 사용자의 개인정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 정보를 외부로 전송하지 않으므로, 당사는 사용자의 어떠한 데이터에도 접근할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 키보드 기능 제공을 위해 아래 데이터를 사용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장하며, 이 데이터는 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.

사용자가 웹사이트의 피드백 양식에 직접 입력해 보내주시는 정보는 본 앱의 동작과 무관하며, 10절에서 설명합니다.
KeyCorder는 키보드(입력기)로서 사용자가 타이핑하는 텍스트에 접근합니다. 그러나 본 앱은:
iOS에서 키보드 확장 프로그램에 ‘전체 접근’을 허용하면 확장 프로그램이 쓸 수 있는 기능이 늘어납니다. 본 앱은 이 권한을 세 가지 목적에만 사용합니다.
전체 접근을 켜더라도 키보드는 사용자가 입력한 내용을 어디로도 보내지 않습니다. 이 권한은 위 세 가지에만 쓰이며, 입력한 글자를 밖으로 내보내는 데에는 쓰이지 않습니다.
클립보드 기록은 기기 안에만 저장되고 iCloud 백업에서 제외되며, 키보드의 클립보드 패널에서 언제든 기록을 끄거나 지울 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 위치, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크 등의 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. iOS의 키보드 확장 프로그램은 마이크를 사용할 수 없으며, 본 앱에는 음성 입력 기능이 없습니다.
키보드 배경으로 내 사진을 쓸 때는 iOS가 제공하는 시스템 사진 선택기가 열립니다. iOS 14 이상에서는 사진 접근 권한을 묻지 않으며, 본 앱은 사용자가 고른 사진에만 접근합니다 — 선택기 화면에도 그렇게 안내됩니다. iOS 13 이하에서는 예전 방식의 선택기가 열려 시스템이 사진 접근을 물을 수 있습니다. 어느 쪽이든 이 기능을 쓰지 않으면 사진에 접근하지 않으며, 고른 사진은 기기 안에서 처리되고 당사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
그 밖에 키보드가 쓰는 것은 3절에서 설명한 ‘전체 접근’ 하나뿐입니다.
앱에서 피드백·문의 링크를 누르면 기기에 설치된 웹 브라우저가 열립니다. 연결은 브라우저가 하며 본 앱이 직접 통신하지는 않습니다. 다만 이때 앱 버전·기기 모델·OS 버전이 주소의 쿼리로 함께 전달되어 피드백 양식에 미리 채워집니다 — 무엇이 어떻게 다뤄지는지는 10절에 적어 두었습니다.
본 앱은 사용자의 정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매·공유할 정보 자체가 존재하지 않습니다. 본 앱에는 다음이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
당사는 어떠한 경우에도 사용자의 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 웹사이트 피드백 양식으로 받은 내용을 처리하기 위해 이용하는 서비스는 10절에 밝혀 두었습니다.
본 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 아동을 포함한 모든 연령대의 사용자로부터 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
본 앱이 저장하는 모든 데이터는 iOS가 제공하는 앱 전용(샌드박스) 저장 영역에 보관되며, 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없도록 격리됩니다. 학습 데이터와 클립보드 기록은 iCloud 백업에서도 제외됩니다. 그 밖의 항목(앱 설정, 키보드 배경 사진 등)은 사용자가 기기를 백업하면 사용자 본인의 iCloud 백업에 함께 담길 수 있습니다. 이는 애플이 사용자에게 제공하는 백업이며 당사는 그 내용에 접근할 수 없습니다. 데이터가 당사나 제3자에게 전송되지 않으므로 전송 과정에서의 유출 위험이 없습니다.
당사는 법령의 변경이나 앱 기능의 변화에 따라 본 방침을 개정할 수 있습니다. 개정 시 본 페이지에 변경된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.
당사 웹사이트의 피드백 페이지에서 사용자가 직접 작성해 보내주시는 내용은, 위에서 설명한 앱의 동작과는 별개입니다. 이 절은 그 경우에만 적용됩니다.

앱의 ‘도움말’에서 이 페이지로 넘어오면 앱 버전·기기 모델·OS 버전이 주소의 쿼리로 전달되어 ‘사용 환경’ 칸에 미리 채워집니다. 문의를 받을 때 되묻지 않으려는 것이며, 화면에 보이는 값이라 보내기 전에 지우거나 고칠 수 있고 비워 둔 채로도 전송됩니다. 다만 주소에 담긴 값이라 페이지를 여는 순간 호스팅 서버의 요청 처리 과정을 거칩니다 — 이는 주소에 무엇이 담기든 마찬가지입니다. 이 페이지는 정적 파일이고 당사는 그 값을 별도로 수집하거나 보관하지 않으며, 호스팅 서비스의 접속 기록은 제공자의 정책에 따라 일정 기간 뒤 삭제됩니다. 문의 내용으로 저장되는 것은 사용자가 보내기를 누른 경우뿐입니다.
이 밖에 스팸·자동 전송을 막기 위해 전송 시점에 접속 IP 주소를 일시적으로 확인합니다. 이 값은 남용 차단 목적으로만 쓰이며 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.
보내주신 내용을 읽고, 오류를 고치고, 회신 이메일을 남기신 경우 답장하기 위해서만 이용합니다. 광고·마케팅·이용자 분석에는 이용하지 않습니다.
웹사이트 운영과 내용 보관, 회신을 위해 아래 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 위 정보가 아래 표에 적힌 나라의 서버를 거치거나 그곳에 저장됩니다. 보내주신 내용은 국내(서울)에 저장되며, 전송 구간과 알림 메일은 미국에 있는 서버를 거칩니다.

CorderLabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides KeyCorder (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the KeyCorder keyboard app, and the KeyCorder pages on our website (corderlabs.com), handle your information.
KeyCorder runs entirely on your device. The App does not collect or transmit any of your personal information, and the keyboard sends nothing you type anywhere. Everything you type, the words the App learns, and your settings are stored on your device and are never sent to us or any third party. There is no server that receives what you type.
The one exception is what you write and send yourself through the feedback form on our website. That is not something the App transmits on its own — you compose and submit it — and what we receive and how we handle it is described separately in 10. Feedback Sent Through Our Website.
We do not collect any personal information. Because the App never transmits your information off your device, we have no access to any of your data.
To provide keyboard functionality, the App stores the following data only in your device’s local storage, and this data never leaves your device:

Information you type into the feedback form on our website has nothing to do with how the App operates; it is covered in Section 10.
As a keyboard (input method), KeyCorder has access to the text you type. However, the App:
On iOS, granting a keyboard extension “Full Access” widens what the extension is allowed to do. The App uses it for exactly three things:
Even with Full Access on, the keyboard sends nothing you type anywhere. The permission is used for the three purposes above and never to send what you type off the device.
Clipboard history is stored only on your device, is excluded from iCloud backup, and can be turned off or cleared at any time from the clipboard panel in the keyboard.
The App does not request location, contacts, camera, or microphone access. A keyboard extension on iOS cannot use the microphone, and the App has no voice input feature.
To use your own photo as the keyboard background, the App opens the system photo picker provided by iOS. On iOS 14 and later this asks for no photo permission at all, and the App can reach only the photo you selected — the picker says so on screen. On iOS 13 and earlier the older picker is used and the system may ask for photo access. Either way, the App does not touch your photos unless you use this feature, and the photo you pick is processed on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
Beyond that, the only thing the keyboard uses is the “Full Access” described in Section 3.
Tapping a feedback or contact link in the App opens the web browser installed on your device. The browser makes the connection; the App itself does not communicate over the network. It does, however, pass the app version, device model and OS version in the URL query, which pre-fills the feedback form — see Section 10 for how that is handled.
Because the App does not collect your information, there is simply no information for us to share, sell, or disclose to third parties. The App does not include:
We never sell your information under any circumstances. The services we rely on to handle messages sent through the website feedback form are listed in Section 10.
The App does not collect personal information, and therefore does not collect personal information from users of any age, including children.
All data stored by the App is kept in the app-private (sandbox) storage area provided by iOS, isolated so that other apps cannot access it. Learned data and clipboard history are also excluded from iCloud backup. Other items (app settings, the keyboard background photo, and so on) may be included in your own iCloud backup if you back up your device — that is a backup Apple provides to you, and we have no access to its contents. Because data is never sent to us or any third party, there is no risk of exposure in transit.
We may revise this Policy in response to changes in law or app functionality. When we do, we will post the updated content and its effective date on this page.
What you write and submit on our feedback page is separate from how the App behaves as described above. This section applies only to that.

If you reach this page from “Help” in the App, the app version, device model and OS version are passed in the URL query and pre-filled into the “Your setup” field, so we do not have to ask for them later. The value is visible on screen — you can edit or clear it before sending, and the form submits fine when it is empty. Because it travels in the URL, however, it passes through our hosting provider the moment the page is opened — as anything in a URL does. This page is a static file and we do not separately collect or retain the value; the hosting provider’s request logs are deleted after a period set by its own policy. It is stored as a support message only if you press send.
In addition, we briefly check the originating IP address at the moment of submission to block spam and automated submissions. It is used only for that purpose and is not stored separately.
We use it solely to read your message, fix problems, and reply if you left an email address. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or user analytics.
We use the following services to operate the website, store submissions, and reply; your submission passes through or is stored on their servers in the countries listed below. Submissions are stored in South Korea (Seoul), while the submission in transit and the notification email pass through servers in the United States.
